"Just a note to say that we found dealing with your company a joy. It is difficult to find an organization which prides itself on customer service but I feel we have found such a company in Bartrak.
We have dealt with other hire companies in the past and generally we have had a good relationship with them, but your business seems to think about everything when it comes to preparation of a van for hire.
The four berth van we hired from you was comfortable, clean and easy to drive. I am the driver in the family and I did not feel at all tired by the driving. It was good to have the freedom to stop at will and have the capacity to put the kettle on or have a snooze.
We had your van for ten days, and in that time we covered almost 3000km around Western Victoria, the Wimmera and along the Murray. The vehicle was economical to run and roomy. It was also good to have a loo on board so that you didn't have to look for the deceptively disguised 'public conveniences'.
I will recommend your company to friends both here in WA and our many friends and acquaintances in Victoria and Queensland.

"Before we arrived in Adelaide to pick-up our camper we were a little bit nervous because all of our negotiating was by fax. Would the people know us? What kind of motorhome would we be given? Would it be clean? How would be the explanation how to use the motorhome? Would there be hidden costs?
When we arrived, all of the above mentioned questions were solved. They knew we were coming, there was an almost brand new motorhome, the explanation was very good, and there were no hidden costs. Everything was perfect!! During the trip there was a routine car service due. Everything was arranged by Bartrak and we could soon continue our tour.
Our trip total was 18,500 km. We travelled from Adelaide through the red centre to Darwin, then across to Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide (again), Melbourne, Canberra and finish in Sydney. The Winnebago (4 berth) was a perfect motorhome, it became our home, we lived in it for more than 5 months. After this long trip we can really advise everyone - Bartrak is the best company to hire a motorhome. Next year we go back to Australia to visit more. Bartrak we come back again."

"This was one of the best holidays that our family has ever had. Your 6 berth motorhome took us from Melbourne through Adelaide and on to Alice Springs. Our family spent several weeks exploring the area around Alice Springs including the MacDonald Ranges, Ayres Rock and Kings Canyon, before returning to Melbourne again.
Even though we had a rough itinerary planned of where we wanted to go, the ability to camp where ever we wanted to was one of the best features of this kind of holiday. In central Australia I can highly recommend the use of the hundreds of "way-side stops" along the main highways, which seem to be specially designed for caravans, campervans and motorhomes. In these "way-side stops" we could experience the truly remote outback, while having all of the modern conveniences just inside our van. We could even hear the dingos howling in the distance, while we sat around our camp fires in the evenings. We will make sure that we highly recommend this type of adventure (as well as the name BARTRAK) to all of our friends."
