Bartrak Campervan and Motorhome Rentals is a totally Australian owned and operated business with depots in Melbourne , Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, Adelaide and Perth.

 

All management has had “hands on” experience in all areas of the business and we take great personal pride in the condition and presentation of each and every vehicle that we present to every customer.

 

 

 

The advantage to you is ........

• Bartrak is not the biggest motorhome rental business in Australia, nor is it our aim to be the biggest.  Instead, our high levels of customer assistance and personalised service is something that leaves the larger companies for dead.

• When collecting your motorhome, Bartrak’s personal vehicle introduction is second to none.  After the paperwork is done, it will take on average 30-40 minutes to personally introduce you to all of the features of your vehicle.  No impersonal videos are used.  We make sure that you are 100% confident with ALL of the features of your vehicle before you begin your holiday.  

• Bartrak's motorhomes are NOT built down to a cheaper rental standard.  Instead, each motorhome is built by Winnebago to the exact same standards that is built for the general public.

• Bartrak’s policy is that ALL Quotation Requests and General Enquiries should be responded to within the same working day that they have been received in our office.  

• Bartrak’s Rental Quotations are simple and easy to read and they are FULLY INCLUSIVE.  Bartrak prides itself in NOT having the hidden extra costs that many other companies do.  Bartrak DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA for bed quilts, bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, out-door furniture, cooking & eating equipment, road atlas, caravan park guides, Bartrak's Renter's Guide, additional drivers, "Basic DL" insurance, government taxes and more.

• All of Bartrak's motorhomes and RV2D campervans are purchased brand new.  The average age of our fleet is generally between 12-18 months.  Motorhomes are retired from our fleet between 2-3 years of age.
